Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Return

To return your product, please first contact We will respond to you within 12-24 hours via email to get the process started.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the refunded order.


When your refund is processed, we will request for a credit, totaling the value of the item(s) being returned at the time of purchase, to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Once we make a request for your credit, we will notify you via email.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after you have received our credit request notification email, please contact us at Customers should continue to check their bank account and note that it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.


We only exchange items if they are factory defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will get you set up.
